Closet Inspection
We make fixing the little things easyConstruction is a messy business and, occasionally, there will be a casualty – a scratch (or other damage) in your new cabinet. Because life happens to all of us, we have developed a process to report concerns.
Reporting closet damage is time sensitive and specific procedures must be followed. For the purpose of this process, damage is defined as a scratch, blemish, ding or dent in a closet component. If a concern is discovered after the closets are installed, it is handled as outlined in the manufacturer's' warranty. Warranty information can be found on the closet manufacturer's website. PCI will be conducting an inspection of the job. It is important that the customer completes a timely inspection as well.
