We make fixing the little things easyConstruction is a messy business and, occasionally, there will be a casualty – a scratch (or other damage) in your new appliance. Because life happens to all of us, we have developed a process to report concerns.
Reporting appliance damage is time sensitive and specific procedures must be followed. If a concern is discovered after the appliance installer has left the property, it is handled as outlined in the manufacturer's' warranty. Warranty information can be found on the appliance manufacturer's website. PCI will be conducting an inspection of the job. It is important that the customer completes a timely inspection as well.
