Appliance Inspection

We make fixing the little things easy

Construction is a messy business and, occasionally, there will be a casualty – a scratch (or other damage) in your new appliance. Because life happens to all of us, we have developed a process to report concerns.

Reporting appliance damage is time sensitive and specific procedures must be followed.

If a concern is discovered after the appliance installer has left the property, it is handled as outlined in the manufacturer's' warranty. Warranty information can be found on the appliance manufacturer's website.

PCI will be conducting an inspection of the job. It is important that the customer completes a timely inspection as well.

Appliance Inspection Procedure

All appliances need to be inspected by the customer immediately after install.
  • Any damage needs to be reported to PCI before the installer leaves the property.
  • Take a picture of the appliance with the concern. A video may also be helpful to explain the concern.
  • Email pictures and a short description to document a concern to [email protected].
  • PCI cannot be responsible for damage created by a third party (other subs etc...).
